This is a media-testing page where you can see which player and file format works best for you. If you have QuickTime installed, you'll be able to use the QuickTime MOV or MPEG-4 formats. If you have Flash installed (97% of people do) you'll be able to play the Flash objects, though they're larger and take longer to download. If you're on a Windows platform, you'll be able to use Windows Media Player, though you may already (also) have Flash and QuickTime installed.
